Originally scheduled for March 30, the gastronomic event was moved due to the Covid-19 crisis and will take place on Sunday and Monday, September 6 and 7.In the kitchen, more than 30 chefs, among the more in view of the French gastronomic landscape, at the head of a restaurant or traveling.

All volunteers, they will cook alone or in duo, like the talented Chloé Charles, in team with Victoria Mekkoui (La Folie Barbizon) for a score for four hands.The chef has planned for these two evenings a broth of grilled vegetables and smoked eel, gnochetti made from ancient wheat flour, all enhanced by the herbs of Guillaume Muller de Garance.

The young woman, traveling conductor, spent in particular with Pascal Barbot (L'Astrance), David Toutain (Agapé Substance) and Bertrand Grébaut (Septime) does not hide her joy at participating in the event: “I like this kind of dinner, it allows me to meet a lot of female chefs of my generation.And in a good mood, no competition, no pressure, good atmosphere! "

Organized in two services, 7 p.m.or 9:30 p.m., the banquet will offer two menus to choose from, five small plates for the modest sum of 30 euros.
