went down to Girl today. saw this pile of “greatest misses” vhs sponsor me tapes in the corner of Sam Smyth’s office. for some reason I just can’t picture Antwan Dixon on Girl. 

just got back from Hong Kong recently. as you can tell, they are on the forefront of skate inspired fashion. totally rad, dude. 

so what if we’re hella late with our update. still better than nahthing. this year I had my first sponsored trip to the MAGIC show thanks to Tepi and Store13 in West Covina. got a non-stop ride from the sgv to the LV Convention center in a GMC Yukon and got to stay at the Palms hotel with the Store13 crew. so maybe it wasn’t a “sponsored” trip; more like a piggyback / lurker move. nonetheless, the trip was fun. got some work done, saw a whole bunch of old homies, partied way too much, and I think I finally got a grip on my asian gambling tendencies. check the hollaration section, or peep the column on the right and click on the MAGIC 2008 button to see the photos of my 2 day trip to fashionland.
