got some heat for you guys this time. the SGV went to the 2008 TWS awards recently and proceeded with more of that wacky brand of video journalism you’ve all come to love. click here (or just look to the right column… duh!) the question was WHAT WAS THE FIRST VIDEO YOU WATCHED? we got everyone from Antwon Dixon to the Hawkman himself, and everyone in between. nerd out, trip out, zone out.

its about that time of the year again. on July 19th the SGV Local Rippers contest / skate jam is coming. peep the flyer; click here. then peep the hype vid (to the right) the SGV vs. 8=D Local Rippers 2008 hype vid we made featuring some of the skaters you’re gonna be seeing this year at the the contest. more fiya!

a couple weeks ago the SGV RUCKUS LIFE went on a RADventure to Red Rock Canyon State Park in the Mojave desert. once again we pushed our Rucks to the limit. rode them thru the Angeles National Forest, then thru Palmdale / Lancaster area before ariving to the Ricardo Campgrounds. We rolled out official style strapped down with all the gear we would need to camp out for one night. we rode on road / off road / camped out / and explored the dope OHV areas around the area. to truly understand the vibe watch the video I made. click here (or look for the vid on the right column).

an upcoming issue of RIME magazine. Estevan rode his Harley there to
take pics.

recently the Ruckus Life aka the SGV homies that have Honda Ruckus’s,
took a second trip out to Death Valley. the flowers were begining to bloom.

so yeah… i know, its been a hot hot hot minute since I updated. so in honor of this monumentous occasion, I’ve even redesigned the site a bit. its similar to the Death Star in Return of the Jedi… about 60% operational. I’m way into video now. even got a youtube account going on now. go visit it now unless you already have.

video kicks ass. nobody reads anymore anyways. so I’ve been concentrating on video more than than the written word as of late. so add the SGV back to your bookmarks list, its back on and popping! guaranteed to come with more stuff for you to trip out on… skating, riding our Ruckus’s, or whatever it is that we’re into, you’ll be sure to stay up to date as long as you keep checking in and keeping up with the gang.
